Delivery
Delivery area
We deliver exclusively in Switzerland.
Delivery time
Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your package tracking information once it has been shipped.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees are CHF 7.00.
Delivery is free for purchases over CHF 70.00.
Carrier
Parcels are shipped via Swiss Post.
Damaged or lost parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged or is not delivered, please contact us at cs@basicbrand.ch and we will find a solution.
Returns & refunds
Return period
You have 14 calendar days after receipt of your order to request a return. After this period, no requests will be accepted.
Conditions
- A maximum of 2 products per order can be returned
- Products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition
- KIIMA applicators are excluded from the return policy - they cannot be returned or refunded
How to make a return?
- Send an email to cs@basicbrand.ch within 14 days of receipt, indicating your order number and the products concerned
- We will confirm that your request has been processed
- Return the products to: basic Natural Sàrl, Rue de la Pontaise 18, 1018 Lausanne
Return fees
Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Refund
The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method used for the order. Initial delivery fees are not refunded.
Defective product or order error
If you have received a defective product or one that does not match your order, please contact us at cs@basicbrand.ch. We will proceed with an exchange or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
