Yes, unused points expire 12 months after they are earned. Your tier is automatically recalculated.
How do I upgrade to the next tier?
Accumulate 750 points over 12 months to reach Signature, or 1,500 points for Iconic. Your tier is continuously evaluated based on the last 12 months.
If I stop buying for a year, do I lose everything?
Your tier is recalculated based on the last 12 months. If you haven't accumulated enough points during this period, you will revert to the corresponding tier.
Can I combine the welcome 20% off code with my tier discount?
No, it's one or the other. The system automatically chooses the most advantageous for you.
My referral code, where do I find it?
In your customer account, "The Club" tab, "Refer a friend" section. There you'll find a link to share directly.
Can I track my points?
Yes, in your customer account. The widget at the bottom left of all basic. pages also allows you to view your balance, redeem rewards, and copy your referral code at any time.
