Before choosing a serum or oil, take a moment to look at what your skin is telling you. The feeling of comfort, the shine and the way it reacts are more useful clues than a label chosen once and for all.
Start with three observations.
After gentle cleansing, observe your face in the light of day. Don't look for a perfect result: what matters is the trend you find most often.
- The shine: Does it appear all over the face or especially on the forehead, nose and chin?
- Comfort: Does your skin remain supple, or do you feel tightness?
- The reaction: Do certain actions or ingredients regularly cause discomfort?
These observations can change with the season, your environment and your habits. You can therefore adjust your care without having to lock your skin into a single category.
A family for the need of the moment.
Families basic. first speak of a need. nude supports the search for balance; aqua puts hydration first; calm responds to the desire for a gentler gesture. For other times, pure focuses on purification, cure on nutrition, glow on the shine and sage on firmness.
You don't need to adopt a whole routine at once. A well-chosen first product is often easier to integrate than a long list of new products.
Choose carefully.
The facial skin quiz gives you direction based on your answers. Then, read the information sheet for the product you are interested in, how to use it and its INCI list, especially if you have a particular sensitivity.
If a reaction is persistent or concerns you, seek advice from a healthcare professional. A healthcare diagnosis does not replace medical advice.
